OVERVIEW
Welcome to Wordsmith Wardrobe! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wordsmith Wardrobe.

We offer this site, including all products, information, and services, to you — the customer — conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.
You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - Products & Fulfillment

Our products are made-to-order through our print partners (like Printify).
We do our best to represent product colors and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur due to printing and screen differences.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return Policy — we’ll make it right.

SECTION 3 - Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping details so we can successfully deliver your order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (for example, suspected fraud or abusive behavior).

SECTION 4 - Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to resolve it quickly.

SECTION 5 - Shipping & Delivery 

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we do everything possible to get it to you quickly.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-7 business days, and average delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Please note:

• All delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary, especially during holidays or due to global shipping disruptions.

• Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it’s technically out of our control — but if something goes wrong (lost, damaged, or delayed), contact us immediately at admin@wordsmithwardrobe.com.
  We’ll work with the carrier (and our fulfillment partners) to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or finding another solution.

• International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding — our goal is always to make sure you love both your order and your experience with us.

SECTION 6 - Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Wordsmith Wardrobe.
You may not use or reproduce them without permission.

SECTION 7 - Optional Tools
From time to time, we may give you access to tools or services offered by third-party providers that we do not control, monitor, or manage.

You understand and agree that these tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, representations, or conditions of any kind and without our endorsement. We are not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages that may result from your use of these third-party tools.

Wordsmith Wardrobe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you. However, any purchases or transactions you make in our store are made directly with Wordsmith Wardrobe, not with Shopify.

By using our Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or services offered by Wordsmith Wardrobe, nor for any damages, losses, or issues that may result from those transactions.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your purchases or interactions with Wordsmith Wardrobe.
